It is almost 2 years as my cousin brother has been working at the Wipro technologies at Bangalore. He told about the different things that he like and not like about the company he has been working for and told me about it as follows.
Firstly, employee can be moved to any process(technical / non-technical), without employee’s concern and eventually make your life hard, same is taken as acceptance from employee in the offer letter, incentives are given on god know’s what basis and this is a very ridiculous thing.
The salary provided is Low as per the job is concerned and career growth is not as expected here.
No Work life balance, Life will be stressful with unrealistic delivery times set. Most project managers don’t understand the project well and the bad part is they don’t try as well.
